I have two little lambs right outside my back door that will soon become freezer burned. My children will always know where their meat comes from - heck, they might have even been involved in its processing. Both girls have been involved in our slaughter days since the time they were in the womb. It's so very important to have that connection. Meat does not magically appear on styrofoam!
